軍人年改審查 藍綠為搶奪音箱大打出手

[新頭殼newtalk] 立法院外交及國防委員會今（9）日下午進行軍人年改審查，由於國民黨立委自備音箱發言，引發民進黨立委不滿，雙方再度爆發肢體衝突。
外交及國委員會今逐條審查《陸海空軍軍官士官服役條例》，下午1點半進行大體討論。國民黨團書記長李彥秀首先痛批，軍人年金在35年後就會破產，這樣造假的評估資料，國民黨無法審得下去，所以不會幫民進黨背書，否則就是欺騙軍人。
國民黨立委費鴻泰則表示，審查公教年改時有兩份精算報告，但國防部今天只拿出一份2天就完成的財務規劃表，根本不是公正客觀的精算報告。
藍委林麗蟬等人接著拿出預藏的音箱跟麥克風，站在場中央持續發言，引發民進黨立委吳秉叡不滿，抱起音箱打算搬出委員會，但遭藍委們攔截。吳秉叡、蔡適應跟李彥秀、林麗蟬互相搶奪麥克風，李彥秀大罵「幹嘛欺負女生！」最後音箱仍被國民黨搶回。
民進黨召委王定宇不斷向國民黨立委喊話，用能夠留下紀錄的麥克風說話，不要用自備的麥克風，但藍委費鴻泰仍賣力發言，引來綠委邱議瑩開酸，「你在這努力表演，八百壯士聽不見啦，傻瓜！」連歷史紀錄都不敢留下。曾銘宗反批邱議瑩，「笑掉大牙，哪像妳喜歡作秀！」
